Confusion is perpetuated when people around you use these terms interchangeably, and often incorrectly. In this article I share with you my simple method of defining and distinguishing between these three types of documents.
Between them, the Three P’s capture the What, Who, When, Where and How of a business operation, the Rules to abide by and the Standards expected. I use these seven terms to understand what information I should expect to see in each of the three document types.

This gorgeously renovated and appointed premises has so much to offer, and cleverly combines the classic café and gift shop with the oh-so-now social office and networking environment loved by meet-up groups, home-based business operators, consultants, entrepreneurs and freelancers.
Breakfast this morning was much more enjoyable than the usual wolfing down of toast amidst spilt milk and cereal crumbs, evidencing that my children had been here before me.
